本政策的个人信息处理者为深圳市千瞳空间文化艺术有限公司（品牌名 NextGen Scholars），联系方式见第 13 节。The handler of personal information under this policy is Shenzhen Qiantong Space Culture and Art Co., Ltd., trading as NextGen Scholars. Contact details are in section 13.

1. 我们收集的信息1. Information We Collect

我们会收集您主动提供的个人信息（例如：姓名、手机号、电子邮箱地址），以及您使用我们网站时自动收集的技术信息（例如：IP 地址、浏览器类型）。We collect personal information you provide to us (for example your name, mobile number and email address), and technical information collected automatically when you use our site (for example your IP address and browser type).

2. 使用练习中心时收集的信息2. Information Collected in the Practice Centres

当您使用 SAT在线练习或雅思 AI 考试中心时，我们还会收集：作答记录、得分与段位换算结果、错题与重测记录、每题用时等练习数据；以及您为使用 AI 写作批改而提交的作文文本、为使用 AI 口语考官而提交的语音录音。部分免费功能无需注册即可使用，此时我们仅收集完成该功能所必需的练习数据，不收集您的身份信息。When you use the Digital SAT Question Bank or the IELTS AI Exam Center we also collect practice data: your answers, scores and band conversions, your mistakes and re-test records, and the time spent on each question; together with the essay text you submit for AI Writing marking and the voice recordings you submit for the AI Speaking examiner. Some free features work without an account; there we collect only the practice data that feature needs, and not your identity.

语音录音属于敏感个人信息。我们仅在您主动开始录音时收集，仅用于生成口语评分与评语，并会将录音与作文交由我们委托的第三方 AI 服务提供商处理。这些提供商仅能按我们的指示处理，不得用于其他目的。我们不会将您的录音或作文用于训练我们自己的模型，除非另行取得您的单独同意。您可以选择不使用 AI 口语功能，这不影响练习中心的其他功能。Voice recordings are sensitive personal information. We collect them only when you start a recording yourself, use them only to produce your speaking score and comments, and pass the recordings and essays to the third-party AI providers we engage. Those providers may process them only on our instructions and for no other purpose. We do not use your recordings or essays to train our own models unless you separately agree. You may choose not to use the AI Speaking feature; the rest of the practice centre is unaffected.

我们使用您的信息来提供和改进我们的服务，生成您的成绩与学习报告，与您进行沟通，并在您选择订阅的情况下向您发送更新或推广内容。We use your information to provide and improve our services, to produce your scores and progress reports, to communicate with you, and to send you updates or promotional content if you opt in.

5. 信息的共享5. Sharing of Information

我们不会出售或交换您的信息。我们可能会与为我们提供支付、云存储、AI 处理等服务的受托方共享必要信息，以帮助我们运营服务；如您通过学校或家长账户使用本服务，我们会向对应的学校或家长展示您的学习进度与成绩。在法律要求的情况下，我们可能依法披露您的信息。We do not sell or trade your information. We may share what is necessary with the processors who provide us with payment, cloud storage and AI processing, so that we can run the service; and where you use the service through a school or a parent account, we show your progress and scores to that school or parent. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

6. 数据安全6. Data Security

我们采取技术和管理措施，以防止您的个人信息被未经授权访问或泄露。We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information from unauthorized access.

7. 个人信息泄露的处理7. If Information Is Leaked

发生或可能发生个人信息泄露、篡改、丢失的，我们将立即采取补救措施，并按法律规定通知履行个人信息保护职责的部门；除非所采取的措施能够有效避免信息泄露造成危害，我们将同时通知受影响的个人，告知发生的情形、可能造成的危害、已采取的措施，以及您可以采取的降低危害的措施。If personal information is or may have been leaked, altered or lost, we will take remedial measures immediately and notify the competent authority as the law requires. Unless those measures effectively prevent harm, we will also tell the people affected what happened, what harm it may cause, what we have done, and what they can do to reduce the harm.

8. 保存期限8. How Long We Keep It

账户信息在账户存续期间保存；您注销账户后，我们将删除或匿名化处理，法律法规要求保留的除外。练习数据在账户存续期间保存，以便您查看进度。语音录音自评分完成之日起保存 90 天，作文文本保存 12 个月，到期后由系统自动删除，无需您提出申请；您也可以随时在账户中删除单条录音或作文，或要求我们删除全部录音与作文。您注销账户时，上述内容一并删除。Account information is kept while the account exists; after you close it we delete or anonymise the information, except where the law requires us to retain it. Practice data is kept while the account exists so that you can review your progress. Voice recordings are kept for 90 days from the day they are marked, and essay text for 12 months, after which the system deletes them automatically without your having to ask. You may also delete any single recording or essay in your account at any time, or ask us to delete all of your recordings and essays. Closing your account deletes all of it.

9. 您的权利9. Your Rights

您有权查阅、复制、更正、补充或删除您的个人数据，有权要求我们解释个人信息处理规则，有权撤回您已作出的同意，并可以随时注销账户或选择退出接收我们的营销通讯。撤回同意不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理。如需行使上述权利，请通过下方邮箱联系我们；我们将在收到请求后 15 个工作日内答复。如我们拒绝请求，会一并说明理由。You may access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal data, ask us to explain how we handle personal information, withdraw a consent you have given, and close your account or opt out of marketing at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out on that consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will reply within 15 business days of receiving your request, and if we refuse it we will tell you why.

10. 未成年人10. Minors

本服务面向中学及以上学习者。不满 14 周岁的儿童使用本服务前，须由其父母或其他监护人阅读本政策并同意；我们仅在取得监护人同意后收集其个人信息。监护人可以随时联系我们，查阅、更正或删除被监护人的个人信息，或撤回同意。如我们发现在未取得监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童个人信息，将尽快删除。This service is intended for learners of secondary-school age and above. Before a child under 14 uses it, a parent or other guardian must read this policy and agree to it; we collect a child’s personal information only with that consent. A guardian may contact us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about the child, or to withdraw consent. If we find we have collected a child’s information without a guardian’s consent, we will delete it promptly.

12. 政策的变更12. Changes to This Policy

Where a change affects the purpose of processing, the way we process, or the kinds of personal information involved, we will ask for your consent again the next time you log in. If you do not agree we will carry on within the previous scope, though some features may then be unavailable.
